Shipping & Returns

We ship worldwide! We ship primarily using Priority Mail of the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Orders may take up to 2-3 business days for tracking to be updated. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipment Pricing

Domestic shipping (USPS Priority Mail) is free!
International shipping (USPS Priority Mail International) is a $45 flat rate.

Returns

In view of the vintage or second-hand nature of the products offered, LoveGrove is unable to accept returns. Please make sure prior to purchasing that you read the product description thoroughly, review images & double-check measurements & condition. Feel free to reach out to us if you need additional info prior to purchasing. If the item failed to deliver and was returned to LoveGrove, the customer will be responsible for paying to have the item re-shipped.

Damage or loss

LoveGrove ships all packages with signature confirmation unless specifically noted.

And all are insured by USPS Priority Mail® services, which includes $100 of insurance. In the event that customers wish to increase insurance coverage for the shipment of the order, please Contact Us before placing the order so that the delivery price is adjusted accordingly.

LoveGrove is not responsible for any damaged/missing packages during transport but could help request a missing mail search or file a claim to the shipping carrier. The final outcome of the claim depends on the carrier's review, and there is a possibility that the claim or the appeal may be denied.

Taxes & Duties

For deliveries outside the U.S., LoveGrove is not responsible for any international customs and clearance-related duty/tax which may apply, or for any consequent delays that these may create. Please check with your local customs authority on any customs duties or taxes that are payable by you, regulations and guidelines differ by country. If your package has arrived in the destination country and you have not received it, we suggest you contact your local postal service or customs office for further information.
